With facing fierce competition in the real estate of the traditional first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, some large national real estate group companies gradually adjust the development strategy, and expand into the second and third-tier cities with a great potential for development. After 2013, Vanke, Hengda, KWG Property, Baoneng and other national real estate enterprises began to seize the market in Nanning. As a unit of Greenland Group, the Greenland Nanning company also established during this period, and conducted the real estate development in Nanning. With the introduction of the restrictions in house purchase and credit policy and the further deepened macro adjustment and control on real estate in China, the real estate has been long past the "no lose" age once you got a piece of land, and it turned to make profits through the specialization and scale of development, internal scientific management, rational design, rapid construction, cost control and efficiency management. With the improvement of the operating standards of real estate development, it created the demands for the professional talents in real estate industry. All national real estate development companies fought "a war for talent" in Nanning.The emerging Greenland Nanning Company, according to the leap development planning made by the Group Company, the rapid development of the company cannot materialize without a talent team to fight a hard battle and good at it. Personnel recruitment has become a key link in company development. After the author’s more than a year of recruitment experience in Greenland Nanning Company, through his own experience and related personnel interview in the hiring process, combined with nine years of real estate working experiences and professional knowledge learned during my undergraduate and master-degree studies, it analyzed the recruitment situation of Greenland Nanning Company since it was founded, and summarized the problems in the recruiting process of Greenland Nanning Company, and put forward some solutions to the problems, so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment of Greenland Nanning Company, and lay a solid foundation of human resources for achieving the development goals of Greenland Nanning Company.It has a strong guiding significance for the solution of recruitment issues of the other city company under other large real estate enterprise group companies which need to realize the great-leap-forward development, initially enter into the potential second and third-tier cities, and is being carried out developed regional strategic adjustment.
