A Study On Key Supplier Evaluation Of A Military Research Institute

In recent years,a military research institute's profit point mainly focus on assembling warship and producing warship weapons' core partner products.Such products or services' supplier(key supplier)is the origin of the military research institute on core products development and production.The key supplier not only affects the survival and development of the military research institute,is more related to China's national defense construction.As the military market gradually expanding from closure to opening-up,the optional amount of the key supplier is enlarged.The military research institute's key supplier evaluation work is over simple.It has been unable to meet the needs of the research institute for key supplier evaluation nowadays.Therefore,establishing a rational and accurate key supplier evaluation system which is suitable for the military research institute to evaluate the key supplier can ensure the development and production of core partner products.It can also help the military research institute to reduce purchasing cost,ensure purchasing schedule,and smoothly complete the system-transformed work.The research objective of this thesis is the military research institute's key supplier evaluation.The new key supplier evaluation system which is suitable for the military research institute is based on the current evaluation work's deficiencies,the characteristics of key supplier and materials.This thesis summarizes an evaluation index system for the key supplier through expert interview method and the author's work experience on supplier management.This thesis also defines scoring principle of the evaluation index system by qualitative and quantitative method.The thesis uses analytic hierarchy process as the evaluation method and calculates the evaluation index weight by convening a commenting meeting.This thesis also rules the evaluation program and evaluation team grounded on realities situation of the military research institute.Finally,this thesis tests the new key supplier evaluation system.Select two key suppliers as an actual case.The final evaluation result shows that this set of evaluation system is feasible and has practical guiding significance.It can be used by other military enterprise to evaluate their key supplier.
