In general, a product can’t be accomplished by only one organization from theinitial material processing to the formation of the final product. It is often done bydifferent organization through labor division and collaboration. Choosing the rightsupplier is the most efficient measure to control the quality. If the supplier selection isImproper, no matter how advanced the control method and how strictly controlmeasures, it can only have the effect of the wasted effort. So for controlling thesupplier quality,we must first make the scientific and reasonable way how to selecte,evaluate and manage a supplier.In this article, I take the LFRC institute as the research object, to make a seriesof analysis and studies how to improve the supply network of the institute, whichundertakes the national great science engineering. Because of different researches, therequirements of the procurement and the requirements for supplier management aredifferent. Over the years, with the continuous expanding of the institute’s nationaltask scale, it reflected the positive side on the supplier’s management, which alsohighlights the requirements to r improve the management more effective. The LFRCinstitute needs to make use of a large number of advantages of domestic enterprisesand institutions to meet the requirements of scientific research, engineering andproduction task. Therefore the LFRC institute faces a problem: how to improve thesupplier network management.In this article, by renewing the supplier management process, classifying thesupplier, positioning the relationship with the supplier，using targeted evaluationmodel and dynamic management of suppliers and the Information managementmeasures, I analysis and summary the method to form a complete set of principles.
