With the rapid development of the global information industry and the advent of the Internet 5.0 era,the importance and strategic performance of big data is becoming more and more obvious.Specifically,many enterprises in the business field have paid more and more attention to the collection,research and development of big data.Through big data,they can make accurate judgments on future customer demand and market trends,which will bring huge economic benefits to enterprises undoubtedly.At the same time,government departments are increasingly concerned about using big data to improve own management functions,improve the level of governance,optimize the service capacity of people's livelihood,so as to promote the transformation and upgrade government departments.In this context,it is great theoretical and practical significance to active study and discuss how to build and manage the big data industry.The government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region should follow the wave of rapid development of big data,implement the development strategy of big data,optimize the big data facilities platform,improve the system design,attract highquality data enterprises,and benefit the whole region with the dividends of big data development,so as to improve the level of economic and social development.This paper analyzes three aspects of platform support,market support and element support for the management and construction of big data of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government,and expounds the work achievements in detail,development opportunities and challenges faced by the government of province,so as to provide a further reference and Enlightenment for the cultivation of big data by local governments.
