The Selection And Cultivation Research On Characteristic Industries In The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

The selection and development of regional industries has a crucial impact on regional economic development.Especially,It is of great significance that the underdeveloped Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region select the competitive characteristic industry which suits the local cultural and geography,to improve the level of local economic development and achieve common prosperity of various nationalities.As the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt advancing,the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of China's economy strategic rear area has gradually turned into the forefront of open to the west region.The strategic positioning of economic development has changed over the heavens and the earth by.Therefore,under the background of new policy,it is worth to study and discuss further how to select the characteristic industry which conforms to the requirements of the national strategic,and train it as a new growth pole of regional economic.This paper takes Ningxia Hui Autonomous region as an example.Through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis combined research methods,four characteristic industries were selected and the selected industries cultivating measures were put forward.This paper mainly includes the following three contents.First of all,on the basis of the research at home and abroad,the paper defines the connotation and characteristics of national area and characteristic industry,and gives an in-depth analysis on the principle of the northwest region characteristic industry selection.Secondly,based on the principle which is foresight,feasibility and the combination of comprehensive and pertinence,the index system is building from three the perspective of economy,society and resources environment,and five aspects of industry specialization,comparative advantage,competitiveness,social benefits,resources and environment.The characteristic industry is determined by the comprehensive evaluation method of characteristic industry selection which called the principal component analysis.Finally,analyse the characteristic industry selection in the Ningxia Hui autonomous region.Determine halal industry,characteristic tourism,characteristic agriculture and agricultural product processing industry and the characteristics of coal industry as the four region's industrial characteristic industry,and put forward cultivation measures in the light of the characteristics of different industry.
