| In recent years, some herdsmen' cooperative organizations of economy have appeared in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, which were founded by herdsmen voluntarily. These uncommercial organizations serve herdsmen wholeheartedly and play an important role in promoting stockbreeding and developing the economy in pasturing areas. The organization appears not by accident, but with historical origins of a long time. In the past hundreds of years, with the limitation of many factors such as productivity and feudalization, the Mongolian have been used to cooperative animal production. After the foundation of new China, Inner Mongolia took the cooperative road for a period of time at the call of the state. All these accumulated valuable experience for the further development of these cooperative organizations.After the reform and opening, with the influence of internal and external factors such as market economy and WTO entry, herdsmen's cooperative organizations of economy sprung up and developed rapidly. The organization helped herdsmen overcome the difficulties in purchase, sale, income increasing and so on, and connect them with the market. Thus, the comparative profits of their stockbreeding increased. Besides, it is an effective way of realizing the modernization of stockbreeding in future. The fact has proved that the organization has not only practical significancebut also sound theoretical basis. Karl Marx once stated that the cooperative organization is an intermediate link with communism. Consequently, the necessity of developing herdsmen's cooperative organizations of economy can be proved evidently. However, the organization is still in the primitive stage of development with small scale, few functions, irregular operation and little effects. Therefore, the author gives some specific suggestions of policies at the end of the thesis through using the successful experience of other countries in this field for reference. |
