Function Promotion And Space Optimization Of Development Zones In Transition Period

Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced a rapid urbanization stage and the construction of the development zone is in full swing.However,the initial development zone construction has often experienced a rapid expansion stage due to the low cost of land,which has led to various development problems.After more than 30 years of development,China's development zone construction has gone through a long and ups and downs evolution along with the urbanization process,and has entered the "post-development zone era" which is a deep development period characterized by connotation improvement and quality optimization.Gradually develop into a comprehensive new area with compound functions.At the same time,it is accompanied by a series of adjustment of spatial structure and evolution of urban form,thus deriving the urban form of development zone in the transition period.At present,targeted research on different stages of the transformation are relatively lacking,so the functional research on development zones in the transformation stage has certain significance.The thesis mainly expounds the development evaluation methods and function promotion strategies of development zones in the transition period,and takes Changzhou High-tech Zone as an example for application practice.Based on the life-cycle theory,taking the transformation of national development zones into comprehensive new cities as the background.Then puts forward the research object of development zones in the transition period,and constructs a method system to enhance the functions of development zones in the transition period.The thesis can be roughly divided into three parts: first,it evaluates its development stages and summarizes its characteristics through the transformation development evaluation system;second,it analyzes its functions from the external environment and the internal environment respectively,summarizes the opportunities and challenges of functional development,and puts forward the goal of functional improvement.Finally,the functional composition is defined in combination with the upper-level planning.Based on this,the overall spatial pattern is constructed,the system planning is deployed,and the integration of function and space is realized.The thesis evaluates the development level of Changzhou High-tech Zone,studies the goal of functional development,constructs the system pattern and puts forward the spatial integration strategy through an interdisciplinary approach such as urban planning,economic geography and systems engineering,.This method can be used for reference in the transformation of development zones.
