| Enterprises are the main body of social innovation,and high-tech enterprises are the core of innovation-driven development.The innovation performance of high-tech enterprises directly determines the effectiveness of the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.In addition,with the increase in the number of high-tech enterprises,high-tech enterprises have also changed from focusing on the expansion of quantity in the past to paying attention to the improvement of quality.Obviously,evaluating the current innovation performance of high-tech enterprises and identifying the shortcomings of innovation activities have become an important prerequisite to improve the quality of high-tech enterprises in the future.In brief,it is necessary to study how to improve the innovation performance of enterprises.Therefore,this paper first measures the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in different industries,and then finds out the main factors that affect the innovation performance,and puts forwaRD comments and suggestions for improvement.Based on the literature review,this paper divides the innovation activities of high-tech enterprises into development stage and commercial transformation stage,and constructs the evaluation index of empirical analysis of innovation performance evaluation.Analyzing the basic situation first and then respectively using the improved network DEA(dynamic network SBM model and the traditional DEA method(independent DEA(BCC)model)to measure the comprehensive efficiency,development stage efficiency and commercial transformation stage efficiency of enterprise innovation in 17 industries subdivided by five major industries in China.After that,the applicability of the model is verified by comparing the calculation results.AfterwaRDs,identify and analyze the factors that affect the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.And the innovation efficiency value calculated by the dynamic network SBM model is used as the dependent variable to establish Tobit regression for the stages of synthesis,development and business transformation,and analyze the conclusion.Finally,make conclusions and put forward relevant suggestions and prospects.The results show that: firstly,the trend of innovation efficiency was relatively good in 2011-2016.Eight industries,including spacecraft manufacturing and communications equipment manufacturing,have achieved effective integrated innovation efficiency,while chemical manufacturing has the worst overall and phased efficiency.Secondly,from the perspective of phased efficiency,the innovation efficiency of most industrial enterprises in the commercial transformation stage is insufficient,and there is a large gap between industries and between two stages.Only the innovation efficiency of aircraft industry in the commercial stage is higher than that in the development stage.Thirdly,the dynamic network SBM model a are more accurate and applicable than the independent DEA model(BCC)to measure innovation performance.Finally,among the influence factors of innovation performance,Both the support of government and the development of Chinas opening-up have a positive and significant impact on innovation performance.Ownership structure has no remarkable influence on the innovation performance.The profit margin of enterprises has a significantly positive impact on the innovation performance only in the development stage,not in the other stages.FDI has no significant influence on innovation performance in the development stage,but has a dramatically negative effect on innovation performance in the comprehensive and commercial transformation stages.Enterprise scale has positive influence on innovation performance in the stage of synthesis and business transformation while has little influence in the development stage. |
