Company E is a new IT integrated service provider,focusing on providing customers with intelligent solutions based on new IT architecture and full life cycle intelligent services: Cloud Computing,Big Data,SDN leading innovation.Through the basic network,information security,collaborative communications,intelligent operations and maintenance of professional technology,combined with outstanding IT integration service capability,Company E provides customized new IT solutions and full life cycle new IT services for customers.As a knowledge-intensive company,with the rapid expansion of its business,it is now facing problems such as low learning efficiency due to the rapid update of technical product knowledge,difficult retention of experience due to staff turnover,and the decrease of marginal effect of gross profit per capita,which are related to the knowledge management activities of the company.How to organize and analyze the knowledge management status,build an effective knowledge management system,and play a positive role of knowledge management in the sustainable and healthy development of the company,has become an important task of E company management.Taking E company as a case study,first,this paper sorts out the existing core issues of enterprises,identify and classify the problems,through questionnaire survey,interviews,data analysis and other methods;then,builds a diagnostic framework for the root cause of the problem analysis,according to the results of classification;ultimately,does system planning and design by introducing knowledge management theory combined with excellent practice results,in order to solve the problems of enterprises.
