As for the substance of knowledge, there is no unified conclusion. But it can never be denied that in the age of knowledge economy, knowledge has become one of the most important resources besides human, financial and facility resources, what's more, nobody can refute the value of knowledge as a power to promote enterprises. Therefore an effective knowledge management has been increasingly significant, while each hi-tech corporation is strengthening its own knowledge management and constructing a proper and efficient knowledge system.This paper investigates the enterprise management by knowledge perspective. The enterprises studied in this paper are classified as knowledge abundant enterprises and characterized as hi-tech enterprises, whose advantages come from the capacity of its knowledge and the ability they make use of these knowledge.This paper talks about several aspects about enterprise knowledge system, such as backgrounds, management connotation, establishment and purpose. There are lots of scattered chaotic unsystematic knowledge in an enterprise; any of them wants to establish its own knowledge system have to start from the root, for example, analysis of enterprise development tactic, basic transaction and multi-level knowledge domain. This paper further investigates the purpose and efficiency of enterprise knowledge system. It's proposed that the purpose is combining knowledge management and service. Also, it is emphasized that the management of intellectual staffs and improvement of knowledge sharing are both essential parts in knowledge system. This paper is finished with the case analysis about "Beijing NTT", whose knowledge system architecture, operation, management are described in details. So that the standpoints of this paper are well supported.In a word, the knowledge system is designed by quantization model to improve the knowledge management and service for future study and application.
