The Research Of Husky Hotrunner Of Implementing Lean Production

Many traditional manufacturing enterprises in China gradually feel the fierce competition of homogenization,and the advantages of products are often transient and unsustainable.China as a processing factory in the world,products in traditional manufacturing industry will compete in a unified market with a large number of homogeneous products.In such an environment,customers pay more attention to the cost performance of the product,as well as the suppliers' response speed and delivery lead time.So as an enterprise,how to reduce costs,speed up the delivery lead time,so as to establish and ensure a leading position in the market?Firstly,this paper introduces this definition and current situation of lean production theory both at home and abroad.Then,combined with the current situation of the hot runner division of the Husky company where the author works,the problems faced in the operation and management of the company are analyzed.After analyzing the problems of long production and operation cycle,inadequate production capacity and disorder of on-site management in hot runner department,this paper makes use of lean production tools such as Value Stream Mapping,Kaizen and Kanban management to solve the problems by implementing lean production theory and theory,and makes the hot runner department in the past two years.Substantial progress has been made in various business indicators and management effectiveness.Through the author's participation in practice and analysis,this paper also put forward the company in the implementation of lean production process in the impact of its sustainability problems,and put forward corresponding suggestions.This paper has a certain reference effect on how to implement the lean production theory rapidly and effectively and continuously for the enterprises which just started to implement the lean production.
