Suzhou Mobile officially launched 4G licenses in 2013,and the standard Suzhou Mobile officially entered the 4G era.In 2009,Suzhou Mobile launched 3G network.Compared with China Telecom and China Unicom,3G technology is relatively backward.The loss of Suzhou mobile users is more serious.The arrival of 4G network brings new opportunities to Suzhou Mobile and provides better 4G mobile services.And 4G network services.In order to recover the number of market users lost in the 3G era,Suzhou Mobile took the lead in building 4G infrastructure equipment,increasing the number of 4G base stations,and making efforts to develop Suzhou Mobile 4G subscribers.It also achieved good results.However,there are 4G data in the past two years.The price of the flow package is too high,the marketing plan is flawed,and the country advocates the call for speed-up and fee reduction.Under the fierce competition in the Suzhou telecom industry,the growth of Suzhou Mobile 4G users has slowed down,resulting in less development of 4G services,so it is urgent to need Suzhou Telecom.The market analyzes and launches an effective marketing strategy to achieve the advantage of ensuring market competition?Based on the actual situation of Suzhou Mobile,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the 4G user volume of Suzhou Mobile Development,analyzes the reasons for the slow growth of Suzhou 4G subscribers,andproposes a strategy research to develop 4G subscribers.Firstly,the PEST analysis model is used to analyze the dynamic environment of Suzhou mobile politics,economy,society and technology.Then the internal environment of Suzhou mobile industry is dissected,and the market of Suzhou Mobile 4G users is developed through SWOT analysis.After taking advantage,disadvantages,opportunities,and threat analysis,the marketing strategy for developing 4G users of Suzhou Mobile was obtained.And using4 P marketing theory to dissect the mobile mobile 4G business products,namely price,publicity,channels have done a detailed analysis,is conducive to understand and develop the marketing strategy of Suzhou Mobile 4G users.Through the market analysis at various levels,the market of 4G users is segmented,and the market objectives of low-end user groups,mid-end user groups and high-end user groups are clarified,and corresponding marketing plans are provided for users at all levels.
