With the pilot of 5G network and the rapid development of cloud computing,physical network and big data technology,China's telecom operators are facing acomplex competitive situation and unprecedented opportunities for development.Huge communication users have contributed abundant data to operators in their daily use.The breadth and depth of these data resources are their own.With the popularity of smart phones and wearable smart devices,the communication needs of users are also changing quietly,from the original single communication needs to personalized and composite needs.In the new stage of development,only by making full use of its big data advantages and carrying out rapid reform and innovation,can operators win more development opportunities,better meet the growing personalized needs of customers,improve customer satisfaction and enhance enterprise value.Based on the review of big data research and theoretical basis,in Shihezi branch of China telecom co.,LTD.(hereinafter abbreviated as Shihezi telecom)as the research object,combined with relevant theory of consumer behavior analysis,explore the Shihezi telecom customers consumer behavior decision-making and value enhancement on existing problems,and explore the telecom operators in the era of big data,through the user base and user usage data,such as information,application of Decision Tree,Random Forests,XgBoost Algorithms,such as Screening model,building User Picture,sent in a single marketing.Puting forward enterprise marketing strategy reform plan based on such as product,price,promotion,channel,person,process,tangible display and risk control,to help operators better to carry out customers' segmentation,accurate marketing,product development and personalized service,achieve differentiated and personalized user service,and enhance enterprise value.It is hoped that some research results in this paper can provide some references for the future development of communication operators.
