The fast growing of technology is continuously pushing the globalization and making the market environment change quickly.The transnational corporation need adjust its organization accordingly.S company's organization becomes huger and huger,which caused a lot of issues on the job system.Threestars is a sole subsidiary of S company in China.From 2017,the writer is in charge of its job system revolution to solve the job system issues including roughly classified job categories,unsuitable job grades,insufficient job analysis,unreasonable job evaluation and performance evaluation,un-systemized job rotation and incomplete job development plan.And many suggestions were innovatively proposed for the future job grade system and the full-career based job development plan.
