Research On The Relationship Between Regional Science And Technology Innovation Capability And Knowledge Gradient

Innovation is the first driving force of the development and the strategic support for building a modern economic system,and the important breakthrough for transforming the mode of economic development.The factors affecting innovation mainly include economy,system,technology,talent and culture.Recently,more and more attention has been paid to the role of knowledge dissemination,reception,and transformation in improving regional innovation capabilities.Knowledge as a kind of information entropy and its diffusion mode is also in line with the gradient theory in physics.Starting with the gradient structure of knowledge transfer as an internal factor,this paper analyzes how it affects the acceptance of innovation in a region,and then affects the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements and the innovation ability of the whole region.According to the comparability and homogeneity,this paper chooses the Northeast China and Central China as the comparative objects,and sets the Academicians,Changjiang scholars and Jieqing as knowledge commanding heights and high-tech capabilities of a region.R&D practitioners,postgraduates and university students are regarded as the mid-level scientific and technological talent in a region,and the per capita level of education as a cultural baseline representing the knowledge acceptance ability and diffusion capacity.On this basis,the data of R&D input,output value of high-tech industry,number of scientific papers published,number of patent authorizations and output value of cultural industry in the two regions are compared as the evaluation criteria of regional scientific and technological innovation ability.The negative correlation between the scientific and technological innovation ability of the two regions and the difference of knowledge gradient ispreliminarily verified by theoretical and empirical methods.Finally,it is found that a region needs not only high-tech capability,but also knowledge acceptance ability.At the same time,the article also explains the internal causes of the "New Northeast Phenomenon" and puts forward relevant solutions.
