Performance management as a subsystem of human resource management system,which is an orderly,circular,complex process of management activities?It is an important link to ensure enterprise execution and achieve strategic goals.Facing market economy competition more and more intense situation,enterprise comprehensive management level puts forward higher requirements.As the base of enterprise management,Performance management is the key link of human resource management.It plays an irreplaceable role in the management process.Therefore,how to improve the level of enterprise performance management has become an important topic of current enterprise management research.In this paper,the case study method is adopted to take P company display division as the research object,and it mainly studies and optimizes the performance management of P company display division management.First of all,the thesis defines the related concepts,discusses the background and significance of the research,define the content and method of the paper;Secondly,the research on performance management theory is summarized,and expound the connotation and characteristics of related theories of performance management.Third,summarize and analyze the current situation and existing problems of the P company.In this P,the problems of performance management mainly include insufficient combination of personal goals and corporate strategies,and the design of key indicators of performance appraisal is not scientific,and the application of performance appraisal results is not comprehensive,and analyze the causes of the problems in depth;Fourth,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of P company performance management,including strengthening the strategic orientation of performance management,optimizing the performance appraisal index system,strengthening the application of performance appraisal results;Fifth,put forward to improve the system;and the corresponding security strategy;Finally,the thesis is summarized and future research prospects.The suggestion of optimizing performance management optimization is valuable for the related enterprises.
