Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Production Service Outsourcing Behavior Of Farmers In Sheqi County

Agricultural productive service is to provide social services directly to agricultural production links,which runs through all links of agriculture before,during and after production.It is one of the important ways to develop agricultural moderate scale management.Promoting the development of agricultural productive services plays a very important role in the development of modern agriculture,and it is the key to realize the prosperity of agricultural industry and implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization.As an important part of modern agricultural industry system,agricultural productive service industry is an important guarantee to promote the reform of agricultural supply side structure,and also the basic path of rural development.The development of agricultural productive service industry is the fundamental way out for the development of modern agriculture,an important means to solve the urbanization and aging of rural labor force,and an urgent need for ordinary farmers.Focus on solving the problems in key areas and key links of agricultural production,solve the common service problems in the process of decentralized production and operation of small farmers,so as to help farmers reduce costs,increase production and increase efficiency,and finally realize the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture.Therefore,the development of agricultural productive service industry is an important way to realize rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Outsourcing of agricultural productive services is the main way for farmers to carry out agricultural production.Outsourcing of agricultural productive services can effectively solve the problems of lack of means of production and low efficiency in agricultural production.This paper takes the farmers in Sheqi County as the research object,through the combination of reading materials and field research,and on the basis of other scholars’ research results,expounds the reasons that affect the behavior of agricultural productive service outsourcing of farmers in Sheqi County;at the same time,it uses the binary logistic model to study the influencing factors of the behavior of agricultural productive service outsourcing of farmers in Sheqi county.The results show that the age of farmers,the number of migrant workers,relatives,acquaintances,neighbors and the number of agricultural machinery in the village have a significant positive impact on the outsourcing behavior of agricultural production;the gender,health status of farmers and the number of people engaged in agricultural labor have a negative impact on the outsourcing behavior of agricultural production;the education level of farmers,whether to join or not There is no significant effect of rural(Civil)cooperatives and whether they participate in planting training on the behavior of agricultural production outsourcing.Finally,according to the summary of the results of the model analysis,the paper puts forward the need to improve the guarantee system of service outsourcing from the perspective of the government;leading enterprises lead and demonstrate to drive farmers;orderly promote agricultural service outsourcing and promote large-scale operation;build a public service and information platform;increase the intensity of training to improve the level of agricultural technology specialization;enhance the ability of scientific and technological innovation to improve research and development New technology and other suggestions to promote the development of agricultural production service outsourcing in Sheqi county.
