Research On The Influencing Factors Of Rural Land Circulation In Huaiyang District

Land is the foundation of agricultural production.Since the reform and opening up,land policy has a great impact on rural areas,especially the household contract responsibility system,which greatly improves land productivity and labor productivity.With the large-scale,information and market-oriented development of agriculture,agricultural modernization is the future development trend of rural economy.The smallscale fragmented management mode of land has been difficult to adapt to the development of agricultural modernization.In order to improve the land productivity and labor productivity,it is urgent to actively promote the land circulation and form the large-scale management.Huaiyang District has the problems of less per capita cultivated land area,land fragmentation and so on.In order to improve the land productivity,it is necessary to study the problem of rural land circulation and explore the influencing factors of land circulation.At the same time,it is of practical significance to accelerate the speed of land circulation and carry out land circulation reasonably.This paper takes Huaiyang District,Zhoukou City,Henan Province as the research object,based on the relevant literature and research results at home and abroad,the theory of land rent,land property rights,scale economy and other theories as the basis,using literature research,questionnaire survey,factor analysis and other research methods to analyze the influencing factors of rural land circulation in Huaiyang District.The main research contents include the following three aspects: first,describe the geographical location,natural environment and economic development of Huaiyang District,summarize the current situation and characteristics of land transfer in Huaiyang District,and grasp the overall situation of land transfer in Huaiyang District;second,questionnaire survey method is used to survey the five towns in Huaiyang District,namely Bailou Town,Zhengji Township,Zhuji Township,Anling Town and Sitong Town;finally,based on the factor analysis method,descriptive statistics are carried out on these data,and the influencing factors of the land transfer out of Huaiyang District are analyzed.The logistic model regression analysis is carried out by SPSS22.0 software to summarize the influencing factors of the land transfer in Huaiyang District.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: from the four aspects of the characteristics of the head of household,the characteristics of the family,land resources,and policy environment awareness,it is found that five factors,such as farming labor force,agricultural income,the total area of contracted cultivated land,the total number of land blocks,and the degree of understanding of agricultural policy changes,have a significant impact on whether the farmers carry out land transfer.At the same time,the number of family population,farming labor force,non farming labor force and so on.The proportion of agricultural income will have an impact on the transfer out of land.The age of the head of household and the main source of income will have a significant impact on the transfer in of land.However,gender,education level,the number of family labor force,the understanding of land transfer policy,the satisfaction of land policy and other factors have no significant impact on whether the farmers carry out land transfer.According to the above research conclusions,combined with the actual situation of local rural land transfer,the following suggestions are proposed: first,we should increase farmers' awareness of land transfer and actively participate in land transfer;second,we should promote urbanization and develop the tertiary industry,and increase more non-agricultural employment opportunities for farmers;third,we should vigorously cultivate new-type agricultural operation subjects,build and improve new-type agricultural operation system;fourth,we should actively improve the construction of land circulation market,strengthen the construction of land circulation intermediary service platform;fifth,we should encourage innovation of land circulation operation mode,promote diversified land circulation;sixth,we should strengthen the popularization and supervision of land circulation policies to promote the smooth progress of land circulation.
