after 30 years of reform and development in China,people's living standards and income levels have been unprecedented improvement,many industries in this process to win the explosive growth.But,more than 30 years later,the inherent development model is no longer adapt to the development of market economy,in which this article writes the banking sector is one of the typical representative,has entered the white-hot competition in the industry,and in the development of a bank,the support of the local economy and the talent competition is of great significance,in all kinds of staff,the role and value of customer manager is very important,its role is bridge the foundation for the development of the bank.But in actual work,village and town bank account manager performance management there are many unreasonable phenomenon,in the long term,for customer manager's career development and Banks have very big hidden trouble,will affect the team cohesion,to some extent a quality assessment of performance management system can be the greatest degree of improving customer manager's subjective initiative and also bring huge economic benefits to the bank itself,so the effective construction quality system of performance appraisal system,and is an important part of the healthydevelopment of the bank,is also the core of the paper writing.Based on Y village bank customer manager as the research object,through the corresponding reference literatures,the article writing involves the related theory of systematic research,the present situation of the performance evaluation system of customer manager deep analysis,through data analysis,the problems existing in the performance management system,starting from the evaluation index,the evaluation content,evaluation standard,evaluation method,etc.,have the following several aspects of the problems,the first is the assessment content is imperfect,not form a unified appraisal system,finally also does not have feedback mechanism,finally the appraisal conclusion is unscientific,In the actual work of the role is very limited.By supplementing the assessment contents and indicators,this paper proposes a more scientific assessment system,implements more transparent management of the whole assessment process,forms an effective performance management assessment feedback system,and optimizes the original performance management assessment system.Finally,some specific safeguard measures are put forward for the optimized assessment system.While improving the assessment and management level of customer managers in rural Banks,we also provide a high-quality working environment for customer managers.At the same time,through the excellent performance appraisal management system to stimulate the subjective initiative of the customer managers,improve the business level ofrural Banks,so that the development of Banks into the fast lane.
