The report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)pointed out that "we should ensure that household income increases in step with economic growth and labor productivity increases in step with labor remuneration".Wage income plays an important role in the primary distribution of our country and is also the main source of laborers' income.Wages not only determine the income level of workers,but also determine the level of enterprise management.The research for the wage decision from multiple perspectives,from the present situation of the enterprise management,and although the country unveiled a series of policies and laws to protect the lawful rights and interests of workers and promote economic development promoted by developing the salary of laborer bargaining power,but in the negotiations,due to factors such as concentration of power management in the enterprise to depress wages phenomenon makes the labourers in the process of wage decision in a vulnerable position.In the empirical part of the research as a sample list shares in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2016,we build management power proxy variables and wage bargaining power agent descriptive statistics analysis method to analyze the listed companies in our country overall labor wage bargaining power in the distribution and change situation,and further the empirical power and the management and wage bargaining power of the listed company direction of ordinary worker pay,finally with the help of the two-tier stochastic frontier model,we quantitatively estimates the management power,bilateral effect of wage bargaining power on wages,and the net effect of the interaction of both.According to the degree of marketization,property rights and monopoly factors of the company in the region for grouping test.Combining theoretical analysis and empirical results,the main conclusions of this paper is:(1)the management power and significantly negative related to the level of ordinary worker pay wage bargaining power with ordinary worker is significantly related to the level of wages and from the Angle of statistical analysis,wage bargaining power is fluctuation,and mainly affected by the business environment;(2)by two-tier stochastic frontier model test results show that the positive effect of worker pay bargaining power to a certain extent,smooth the effects due to the existence of the management power of wages of negative effect,but can not be completely offset the management power tend to depress the negative effect of wages,eventually lead to real wages from the listed company worker less than the optimal level in ideally 14.14%;(3)in different ownership,region,monopoly company,management power and wage bargaining power of the listed company net effect exist differences in the effect of average worker pay,in different ownership of enterprises,the net effect than non-state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprises,from the perspective of the regional differences of marketization degree of different,the western region of the wage net effect,the lowest level in three areas in eastern region is highest,from the industry monopoly,monopoly industries pay net effect level obviously higher than that of the monopoly industries,and high-income groups in monopoly industries get the wage net effect is positive,,This indicates that the wage bargaining power of workers in monopolized industries can effectively smooth the negative effect caused by management power.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions in the end from the aspects of perfecting the corporate governance structure,establishing the information disclosure mechanism,and improving the protection of workers' rights and interests.
