The development of Internet and science and technology has profoundly changed the management mode of insurance industry,and brought new opportunities and challenges for it.More and more insurance companies conform to the trend of development and reform in the "Internet +" era,change their management mode,and pursue high-quality development.However,the original disadvantages of the insurance industry seriously restrict the development of the insurance industry,especially the insurance agents themselves low quality,the ability to adapt to change is weak,unable to adapt to the development and progress of The Times.The reason is that the existing agent training system of insurance company has great defects.The absence or problems of a certain links in the training system may cause the lack of high-quality talents in the insurance industry.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the insurance agent training program.Based on this,this paper takes H county branch of Z insurance company as a case,explores the problems existing in the agent training system of H county branch of Z insurance company,and gives an optimization plan accordingly,so as to improve the insurance industry training system and promote the healthy,orderly and high-quality development of the insurance industry.First,this paper collected a lot of information related to Z insurance company and H county branch,including the human resource profile,organizational structure and training system of H county branch of Z insurance company.Secondly,according to the listed interview outline,in-depth interviews were conducted with agents of H county branch company of Z insurance company,including grassroots employees and department managers,to extract agents' opinions and evaluations on Z insurance training system,and then to summarize the existing problems of its training system.After that,a simple questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the agent,and the questionnaire was recovered.SPSS software was used to conduct basic statistical analysis of the relevant data,such as mean,variance and range,etc.,and the overall training situation of Z insurance company was elaborated through empirical research results.Finally,a training optimization plan was proposed based on the actual situation of H county branch of Z insurance company.According to the empirical research and interview results,this paper found that the overall training effect of H county branch of Z insurance company was poor,and the agent was less satisfied with it.After the training,there was no significant positive impact on theperformance improvement and career development planning of the agent.The reason is that there are problems in the training demand,training fund,training content,application of training results and evaluation of training effect in the training system of H county branch company,including the lack of training demand analysis link.The allocation of training funds is not reasonable;The training courses are out of line with the enterprise's strategic planning,the actual demand of the position,the agent's career development planning and the irrationality of the training time,teachers,place and supporting facilities;Training results are not applicable,and are out of line with performance appraisal,bonus and career development.Based on this,this paper proposes optimization measures for training programs of H county branch companies from the aspects of training demand analysis,training fund allocation,training course setting,training result application and training effect evaluation.
