With the development of tax network,the "Golden Tax three phase" software service system widely used by tax service departments has expanded the service scope to the public and taxpayers,rather than limited to the original internal tax departments.The new tax model based on Internet can provide a safe,efficient,economic and convenient online tax platform for taxpayers with the help of wireless network covering the whole society and the popular smart phones,so as to further develop e-government.The system innovates the tax service mode,promotes the development of tax modernization,and deepens the reform of tax collection and management system.Taxpayers can use the system to handle online tax related business categories more comprehensive,shorter time and higher efficiency.However,due to the incomplete development of some functions and services of the Jin San system,it can not meet the requirements of all taxpayers' tax related business "online throughout the process".Therefore,for some businesses that cannot be handled through the online tax system,taxpayers need to go to the offline tax service hall to handle them.Problems such as the large number of people,long waiting time and few tax windows in the offline tax service hall affect the tax experience of taxpayers.In order to meet the new requirements of the development of the Internet era and meet the higher requirements of taxpayers in the process of tax information,it is necessary to innovate the tax service mode,improve the online tax system,and improve the ease of use of the online tax system.Based on taxpayer compliance theory,government process reengineering theory and new public service theory,this paper uses literature reading,telephone interview and comparative analysis to study and analyze the ease of use of China's online tax system,and concludes that under the third phase of the Golden Tax Project,China's online tax system is not smooth in information sharing environment,unstable in electronic operation system and imperfect in tax consultation service,the problem of imperfect service function of personality.In view of the above problems,this paper draws lessons from Shandong Province's use of the program "ask the government of Shandong" to strengthen the supervision of public opinion on the quality and service of online tax service,so as to improve the usability of online tax system.Shanghai creates VR Glasses + cloud big data to provide an immersive virtual three-dimensional online tax space experience for taxpayers,and Guangdong Tax Bureau borrows a large number of banks and postal outlets The advanced experience of building an online tax system of "bank tax + postal tax" is based on the characteristics of wide distribution.At the same time,the reference online ticketing system adopts the multi-threaded operation mode to reduce the number of users' stumbling and crashing in the daily operation of the system,and also refers to Taobao's use of big data analysis technology to record and track users' purchase behavior,so as to provide personalized services for users.In order to improve the ease of use of online tax system in China,this paper puts forward suggestions on building e-government information sharing platform,improving the stability of system operation,improving the tax consultation service module and strengthening the personalized tax information push.
