Study On The Industrial Division And Cooperation Of The Hu-bao-E Area Based On The Perspective Of City Integration

China has entered the stage of high-quality development from the stage of high-speed growth.The high-quality development of the economy requires accelerating the cultivation of a modern economic system,which needs to be completed through the division of labor and cooperation between industries and regions.No cost capital penny.Urban agglomerations is an important platform to support national economic growth and promote coordinated regional development,as well as the main carrier of division and collaboration between industries and regions.As an important part of the Hubao Eyu urban agglomeration,Hu-Bao-E area is the main growth pole of Inner Mongolia.In the process of high-quality economic development,it also faces a low level of inter-city transportation integration,insufficient division of labor,and homogenization.Problems such as serious competition and inadequate mechanisms and mechanisms for coordinated development require urgent research on the mode and path of industrial division of labor and collaboration from the perspective of co-urbanization.The research on this subject has strong practical value for promoting the high-quality economic development of Hu-Bao-E area and the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River.Based on systematically sorting out relevant research literature at home and abroad,based on statistical analysis and field visits,an in-depth analysis of the industrial development status of Hu-Bao-E area was conducted,and the industrial division coefficient,industrial structuresimilarity coefficient,economic connection gravity model and industrial gradient were used.The coefficient measures the degree of industrial division and collaboration between 2002 and 2016 in Hu-Bao-E area.The analysis result shows that there are serious industrial isomorphisms in the industrial division and collaboration in Hu-Bao-E area that the connection between industrial cooperation development is not close,and the regional comprehensive competitiveness is not like issues such as strong and independent innovation capabilities.The reason is related to administrative restrictions,industrial layout,and industrial competitiveness.Based on the perspective of co-urbanization,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,such as: avoiding industrial convergence and forming a dislocation-oriented industrial division of labor;close contact,common prosperity and win-win situation;promoting the formation of regional advantageous industrial strategic alliances;Focus on innovation,endogenous motivation for industrial development,etc.to build a modern industrial system and promote high-quality economic development in Hu-Bao-E area.
