In modern society, competition between enterprises, enterprise management especially for the establishment and application of the employee performance appraisal system is particularly important and urgent. Scientific and effective performance system can not only stimulate the positive initiative of employees, in the construction of corporate culture, people-oriented management today, is the effective means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper firstly combs the domestic and foreign enterprise employee performance evaluation system research, and then further Precision Industry Co Ltd,the existing research problems in the practice of performance appraisal system. The study found that the enterprise mainly exist in division of labor is not clear, the focus of assessment is not clear; no monthly performance appraisal, but according to the quarterly or annual fuzzy evaluation; the consciousness of strategy performance of employees in the process of implementation is not strong, the human resources department’s strategic and organizational goals do not take the initiative docking;index of extraction is not clear, the blind pursuit of the index. Behavior and process of performance appraisal are ignored, and interview techniques need to be improved, and based on this, by using the theory of KPI performance evaluation, put forward to optimize the performance appraisal system of the company’s advice, focus on solving the aging original enterprise existing assessment and is not clear, not system, meet the actual business, in-depth exploration, guarantee system that is scientific, practical,targeted and forward-looking, it also has certain reference significance for the performance evaluation of the majority of private enterprises.
