Human resource is an important resource of an enterprise.Modern management theory holds that human resource management plays an increasingly important role in enterprise management,which is the core of modern enterprise management and is gradually incorporated into enterprise development strategy planning.Human resource is the core factor of enterprise development and progress,and also the key factor of enterprise undefeated in market competition.According to the relevant investigation and analysis,the turnover rate of first-line skilled employees in engineering construction enterprises is still at a high level.Affected by social factors,the gap of skilled employees increases,and young skilled operating employees have higher requirements for working conditions,living conditions,safety conditions and enterprise cultural construction.It is common to leave at any time,which further increases the turnover rate of first-line skilled employees.Domestic and foreign experts and scholars have made updated progress in the research results of employee turnover,and have integrated economics,psychology,sociology,management and other multidisciplinary fields.The research perspectives and methods are increasing gradually.From multiple aspects such as personal,work,organization,economic and environmental level employee turnover or research work on the psychological contract theory,grounded theory,embedding theory and incentive theory as the theoretical basis,or based on the theory of multiple factors affect building model,greatly enriched the theory knowledge,leaving for human resource management to provide more valuable knowledge reserves.Based on dredging engineering G company as the research object,aims at in the perspective of its skilled staff,through literature analysis,interview method,case analysis and the methods of questionnaire investigation,according to the status quo of G company skilled employees leaving to find skilled employees,leaving the company and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures,to solve the problem of G company skilled employees leaving dredging project,provide reference for its human resource management.At the same time,this paper at home and abroad about the research results and related theories,employee turnover in concrete,the article expounds the theory of the realistic and guiding significance,through thetheoretical basis,as the basis,combined with the company's current employee turnover management status,skilled employee turnover management strategy for the development of G company provides a theoretical basis.Specifically,in this article,through interviews and questionnaires,analysis about the present situation of G company skilled employees,based on some related management personnel and skilled workers for interviews,a questionnaire on employed skilled employees,and the recycling effective questionnaire and correlation analysis,the reliability and validity of determine the influence factors of the skilled staff turnover for the enterprise culture construction,the welfare and salary treatment,career advancement,nature of work,working environment,personal itself and the outside opportunity,and the influence factors for enterprise level,the working level and environment level,the individual level and the outside world level five big level.On the basis of relevant theories and in combination with the actual situation of dredging company G and the management characteristics of its skilled staff,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the management of skilled staff turnover of dredging company G,and formulates the safeguard measures for the management implementation.
