To rely mainly on intellectual knowledge-based economy in the information technology revolution to promote the world economy changes.Knowledge becomes the only far-reaching impact of this era resources, traditional factors of production-land, labor and capital still there, but has become the second. Knowledge of the factors of production as a contribution to the economy is growing, knowledge-based economy has become an economic growth, its development is increasingly dependent on knowledge of this important resource, the load of knowledge-knowledge that employees become scientific and technological progress and socio-economic development resources and the main driving force, knowledge workers have been brought to the dominant position in the knowledge economy era.In the knowledge economy, the competition among technology companies rely on knowledge workers, from the objective knowledge workers to become the core objects in the human resource management. The core staff in the knowledge-based is the most important, they created80%of the profits of the enterprise. The loss of core technical personnel, the enterprise they have mastered the core knowledge will be lost, so their loss of business caused by the loss is enormous. This allows us to seriously consider how to effectively retain key technical personnel, and reduce the risk of loss caused by the enterprise.The purpose of the article you want to achieve, the loss of key personnel of technology companies, followed by the design of effective investigation program, find the reason of loss of key personnel, to design a set of effective retention program responses to reduce the risk of core staff turnover, increase their loyalty to the company to enable them to create greater value for the enterprise, so that enterprises more active role in the management of the core staff to form a win-win development between enterprise with core staff.In this paper, a method of combining theoretical research and case studies, theory on the theory of employee turnover and key employees of the sort. Then the state of the business analysis, analysis of the loss of key empioyees impact on the enterprise, the use of the data demonstrated the reasons for the loss of core employees. And then proposed to retain key employees related measures, and at the end of the article by the specific case for the effectiveness of countermeasures analysis.
