Research On The Development Path Of Yantai Longquan Health Preservation Characteristic Town

With the promotion of national new urbanization and rural revitalization,the construction of characteristic towns has attracted more and more attention.At present,with the increasing national economic income and the gradual improvement of people’s consumption awareness,the health industry is showing a trend of rapid development.The development of health-preserving characteristic towns will be a new engine of national economic and social development and will bring new vitality to the vigorous development of China’s economic and social infrastructure.However,the national health characteristics of towns are in the initial development stage of construction.In the process of development,homogenization,blind expansion,and infrastructure lag phenomena seriously affected the development process of small towns.Therefore,this research takes Longquan health preservation characteristic town in Yantai as an example.According to the overall layout of the town at present,field visits,expert interviews,and information collection were carried out to obtain primary and secondary information based on the formation conditions of the resource ecological endowment and the development characteristics of the health industry in Longquan Town.With the help of the SWOT model and information materials,this research analyzes the internal and external environment and situation of the town and summarizes the problems in the development of Longquan’s health preservation characteristic town.Then the weight analysis of the development index of the health characteristic town is carried out by using the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,by referring to the case of excellent characteristic towns at home and abroad,and constructing the future development path of Longquan’s health preservation characteristic town.In order to explore the development path of Yantai Longquan health preservation characteristic town to provide reference for the development and construction of other health preservation characteristic towns.Based on the results of problem analysis,analytic hierarchy process,and case analysis,combined with the suggestions of experts,the development path of Longquan health preservation characteristic town at the emergence stage is summarized in the following aspects:(1)The innovation of industrial models is the engine of the development of Longquan’s health preservation characteristic town.The single industrial mode of Longquan’s health preservation characteristic is the main limiting factor in the development of the town.The Longquan health preservation characteristic town should develop the core industry of hot spring health and,at the same time,combine the existing resources and future planning of the town to build an integrated "hot spring health + leisure sports health +cultural health + medical health combination + e-commerce marketing" and other multiindustry integration of health tourism development mode to enhance the richness and derivativeness of the town’s industry.(2)Perfecting the policy layout is the supporting factor for the construction of Longquan’s health preservation town.On the one hand,Longquan’s health preservation characteristic town should make full use of the support of national policies and seek stable financial guarantees to ensure the sustainability of characteristic projects in the town.On the other hand,the town should perfect the talent introduction policy,encourage the compound development of talents,seek professional and compound talents,and ensure the scientific planning and construction of the town.In addition,the Longquan health preservation characteristic town should establish simple and efficient administrative institutions,improve the town’s project approval mechanism and promote the town’s projects with high efficiency.(3)To achieve the overall social benefits is the purpose of the construction of Longquan’s health preservation characteristic town.Harmonious living is an important way to improve the social benefits of towns.Longquan town has rich natural resources and should create beautiful environmental benefits of harmony and livability under the concept of "ecology + environmental protection".Longquan health preservation characteristic town has a rich historical and cultural heritage.The town should combine the existing cultural resources to create a distinctive traditional culture.Finally,Longquan health preservation characteristic town should constantly improve infrastructure construction,to create convenient and perfect facilities and service benefits.
