With the rapid development of the current ecnomy and the increasingly fierce competition in the financial services industry,construction and investment Nationwide Financial Services Inc,as a state-owned financial auxiliary service enterprise,has always thought that the financial enterprises provide technical and marketing auxiliary services for the main operation of the enterprise,oto improve the core competitiveness of the enterprises and better cope with it.The opportunities and challenges of the former financial industry make the enterprises keep advancing steadily in the fierce competition,and the requirements for the comprehensive quality and working ability of the grass-roots employees are becoming higher and higher.In recent years,the construction investment company has paid more attention to the staff training,but because of the deviation of the concept and the limited level of its own,there are still some shortcomings in the training of the grass-roots staff,which is mainly reflected in the training demand analysis and the practice of the staff and staff at the grass-roots level,and does not consider the opinions of the grass-roots staff.It is suggested that the training plan is short of implementation,lack of long-term goals and various measures;the training concept is missing and the main goal is to improve the training effect;the training effect evaluation is in the form;the training content is single,the training teachers are scarce,the training methods are not in conformity with the actual situation of the staff and so on.These problems have a direct impact on the improvement of the overall quality and enthusiasm of the basic staff of the construction investment company,and have a large number of adverse effects on the improvement of the company's staff capacity,the talent reserve and the improvement of the overall performance of the company.In order to solve the problems existing in the training program of the construction investment company at the grass-roots level,this paper takes the basic staff of the construction investment company as the research object,combined with the adult learning theory and the kolken fourth class training evaluation model to analyze the training needs of the grass-roots staff of the construction investment company,and from the training target and the training course.The training methods,training teachers and many other aspects to refine the training plan for the basic staff of the company,and to formulate concrete implementation contents in combination with the actual situation of the construction investment company,and to strengthen the evaluation of the performance level and task level of the training effect of the company,so as to make the training of the basic staff of the construction investment company closed loop of the training form analysis plan implementation feedback.Ensure the training of grass roots staff is constantly adjusted and adapted according to the development of the company.Finally,this paper also proposes to build a learning enterprise culture,improve the reward and punishment,the performance system,and strengthen the support of the organization and personnel,and provide the guarantee measures for the enterprise culture,organization,manpower and system for the training of the basic staff of the construction investment company.The purpose of this study is to design and implement the training program for the grass-roots staff of the construction investment company,improve the training status of the grass-roots staff of the construction investment company,improve the training effectiveness of the grass-roots staff of the construction investment company,and then improve the comprehensive ability and enthusiasm of the staff at the grassroots level of the company,reduce the current loss of the company's talent and enhance the company's people.Only by reserve,can we consolidate our enterprise's human capital and enable our construction investment company to enhance its current economic benefits,and at the same time,have the endogenous power to support the rapid development of enterprises.At the same time,I hope it can provide some reference for our country's grassroots employee training research.
