With the rapid development of economy and technology, the direct communication between members in the enterprise has decreased, leading to more and more frequent negative emotions. As a kind of negative emotion, employees' loneliness in the workplace has brought more negative effects to the company. As an important concern in the organization, workplace deviation behaviors will bring different economic costs to enterprises.More literature indicates that employee loneliness in the workplace will lead to reduced organizational citizenship behavior or performance, but there is no empirical study on whether it will produce more deviating behavior. Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to explore the influence mechanism between workplace loneliness and workplace deviation behavior. In addition,in order to further explore its influence path, this study will introduce two mediating variables: emotional commitment and leadership-member exchange relationship. This research will explain the research from 6 modules. The first module is the introduction, which explains the background, meaning, purpose content, method framework and innovation of the institute. The second module is a literature review.First,it explains the lonely regulatory circuit model and social exchange theory used in this research. The second is the employee's workplace loneliness, emotional commitment,leadership-member exchange relationship, and workplace deviation behavior.Definitions, measurement dimensions, etc. The third module is the theoretical research and research hypothesis. This module finds the influence relationship between the variables and proposes eight hypotheses based on the literature review. The fourth module is the research design, which explains the scale used for variable measurement and the process of data collection. The fifth module is empirical analysis and hypothesis testing. The first step is to use SPSS 20.0 to conduct an exploratory factor analysis on all the items, and get the results: employees' loneliness in the workplace can be divided into 2 dimensions, which are emotional deprivation and lack of organizational membership;emotional commitment(single-dimensional);leadership —Member exchange relationship can be divided into 4 dimensions, which are emotion, loyalty, contribution and professional respect;employee workplace deviation behavior can be divided into 2 dimensions, which are organizational deviation behavior, interpersonal deviation behavior, and then reliability and validity analysis;Second,Step, after obtaining the corresponding dimensions, perform confirmatory factor analysis and discriminant validity analysis in AMOS24.0 according to the corresponding variables and dimensions;the third step is to use AMOS24.0 to construct a structural equation model to fit each path;In four steps,Bootstrap is used to test the mediation effect in the model. The results are as follows:(1)employee loneliness negatively predicts emotional commitment and LMX;(2)emotional commitment and LMX negatively predicts employee workplace deviation behavior;(3)LMX actively predicts emotional commitment;(4)emotional commitment and LMX affect employee loneliness and deviation behavior path The mediators play an intermediary role respectively;(5)LMX actively predicts the employee's emotional commitment, and plays an intermediary role in the employee's workplace loneliness and deviation behavior influence path. The sixth module is the research conclusion and management inspiration.First, the results of hypothesis testing are explained, and then its theoretical and practical significance is derived. The seventh module is the lack of research and prospects. It explains the shortcomings of the research and explains the future research directions of different variables.
