The communication and interaction among the members of the organization become more and more frequent.The quality of interpersonal relations within the organization is crucial to the acquisition of organizational performance,In the actual staff interaction,however,due to the reason of the difference of personality,behavior style between staff,often can produce some workplace rejection behavior,such as cold,ignore the interpersonal interaction within the organization has a negative influence,hindered the cooperation between staff and organization work.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to research on workplace rejection.A large number of studies have shown that workplace rejection will reduce employees'job satisfaction and work input,and further damage their work performance.It will also increase the psychological pain of employees,including work tension,emotional exhaustion and depression,and reduce the self-esteem of employees,thus producing negative effects.And cultural situation in China,the social interaction to show the"face",and the characteristics of collectivism,workplace rejection showing a greater destructive power,and how to avoid workplace rejection,reduce rejection of employees and organization in the workplace hazards has become a realistic problem urgently to be solved.After finishing the relevant political skills at home and abroad,leading members of the exchange,and rejection in the workplace,on the basis of related literature,around in China's cultural situation whether political skills help employees avoid workplace rejection,as well as the high political skills employees through the research of the strategies to avoid rejection workplace built a leading members exchange as intermediary variable impact on workplace rejection model of political skills,and puts forward the corresponding assumptions.In this paper,by using the method of questionnaire survey to collect the sample data,through a third party platform for enterprise employees questionnaires,and through the statistics software SPSS and LISREL finally collected the data of 302 employees are descriptive statistics,letter validity analysis,correlation analysis test and regression analysis.The results show that employees' political skills have a significant impact on their job exclusion.The exchange relationship between leaders and leaders has a significant impact on workplace rejection.The more high-quality the exchange relationship between employees and leaders is,the less the rejection is.Finally,the leading members of the exchange between the political skills and workplace rejection play a role of complete mediation,high political skills employees by building more high quality leading member of exchange relationship to avoid workplace rejection.In the end,this paper summarizes the empirical results,gives the corresponding practical enlightenment,and points out the shortcomings of the research.In general,this paper studies the staff how to avoid rejection is of certain practical guiding significance to the workplacea and workplace rejection from a capacity perspective,the study of workplace rejection also has certain theoretical value.
