As an emerging group in the workplace,the post-90 s generation is not only the main force in the future of the workplace,but also the core force in the strategic development of enterprises.However,the stability of the post-90 s employees' workplace is poor,the turnover rate is still high,and the cost of talents in enterprises is increasing.At the same time,it seriously affects the stability of the organization and the morale of employees.As a unique negative psychological state in the workplace,workplace loneliness has a series of negative effects on employees' individual and organization.In recent years,workplace loneliness has become a new factor to study employee turnover intention.Scholars and managers have also begun to pay attention to employee mental health.The unique personality traits of the post-90 s,the transformation of social roles and the inadaptability of the environment lead to the post-90 s being a group prone to workplace loneliness.There are few studies on the sense of workplace loneliness in domestic academia.It has both theoretical and practical significance to study the sense of workplace loneliness after1990.This paper takes the post-90 s employees as the research object,through literature review on the related theories of workplace loneliness,emotional intelligence and turnover intention,combined with questionnaire survey and data analysis,explores the relationship between the post-90 s group's workplace loneliness and turnover intention,and explores whether emotional intelligence plays a moderating role in the relationship between the two.In the process of reviewing the literature at home and abroad,it is found that there is a positive correlation between workplace loneliness and turnover intention,and a negative correlation between emotional intelligence and turnover intention,which has been confirmed in many studies that emotional intelligence has a moderating effect on turnover intention.Based on the theories of loneliness in the workplace,emotional intelligence and turnover intention,this paper proposes a research model,and draws up a questionnaire by referring to the maturity scale at home and abroad.In the form of online questionnaire,339 questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS 24.0.The followingconclusions were drawn: post-90 s workplace loneliness and its dimensions had obviously positive correlatioh with turnover intention;post-90 s emotional intelligence of three dimensions of self-emotional evaluation,emotional control,emotional use were significantly negatively correlated with turnover intention;self-emotional evaluation,other people's emotional evaluation were significantly negatively correlated with turnover intention.Emotional control has a significant negative regulation on the relationship between loneliness and turnover intention.The results of the study can be used for reference to reduce the loneliness experience of post-90 s employees and improve their emotional intelligence,and to reduce the turnover rate of post-90 s groups.
