| In 2019,Chinese Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the government work report that government should promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries,promote the integrated development of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry,expand "manufacturing plus service" with the assist of Internet platform,and inject new impetus into the upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry.Harman Technology has been adhering to the mission of "making life interconnected,more entertaining,personalized and productive",and changing people's lifestyle with the power of science and technology.In recent years,due to the changes of market environment and the upgrading of people's consumption concept,Harman technology keeps exploring on the way of transformation and upgrading by breaking through its own development bottleneck.Therefore,this paper focuses on seeking a new direction and model for the innovation of Harman technology.The solution of this problem will lay the power source for the sustainable development for Harman Technology.From this,the research purpose of this paper is that,based on Harman technology as the main body,how to build a service ecosystem under the guidance of the development trend of "manufacturing plus service",and how to achieve a value cocreation ecology of resource sharing and win-win cooperation with the help of the vertical platform model,which integrates the supply side,its own resources and the demand side,so as to achieve the transformation and upgrading vision of "manufacturing plus service" in Harman Technology.The research content of this paper includes seven chapters.First of all,the research framework and theoretical basis are formed on the premise of literature study.After that,under the guidance of service ecosystem and value co-creation theory,through the text analysis of interviews with stakeholders in the service ecosystem,to explore the establishment and value connection between stakeholders of service ecosystem.And then the system framework and function of service ecosystem vertical platform are designed.Finally,the research put forward the implementation of construction planning,safeguard measures and risk control strategies of service ecosystem vertical platform in Harman Technology.The research of this paper shows that establishing the vertical platform of service ecosystem for Harman Technology which is based on three major frameworks below: the soft and hard resource integration mechanism,to build the platform subject of Harman Technology;the product / technology resource sharing mechanism,mutual benefit and win-win,supervision / consultation mechanism,to build the connection between Harman Technology and the supply side;the industry knowledge sharing mechanism,cloud data sharing and user stickiness mechanism are building the connection between Harman Technology and demand side.Thus,through the integration of internal and external resources for the enterprise,the upstream and downstream industrial chain will be opened up,combined with the online / offline functional system and value co-creation mechanism,to create a cross-border vertical platform of service ecosystem,integrating "product plus technology plus service" in the Chinese cinema industry.The vertical platform business model is an innovative model.For the traditional manufacturing industry,the way of seeking for business model is a progress of innovation.If an enterprise wants to break-develop,it has a chance to succeed only through the innovation of business model,which also reflects the ability of an enterprise to integrate resources and is the core competitiveness of an enterprise.Through the research of " the vertical platform of service ecosystem value co-creation mechanism",this paper can provide important practical significance and theoretical value for theoretical research.Moreover,it can provide scientific,normative and professional application reference of business model innovation for other industries or enterprises. |
