| It is an important path for manufacturing enterprises to build or participate in the construction of business ecosystem to realize the transformation and upgrading of service.How to realize the "service" strategy with the help of the "ecological" strategy is an important problem to be solved urgently.With the outbreak of international emergencies such as the COVID-19,the conflict between Russia and Ukraine,and the Sino US trade war,the global economy has suffered multiple blows,and the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry is also facing severe challenges.For this reason,more and more manufacturing enterprises are relying on the business ecosystem to "report to the group for warmth" on the basis of resource sharing and value creation to jointly withstand the economic winter.In addition,in the sluggish market environment,manufacturing enterprises have demonstrated subversive power and great value in their service-oriented transformation,which has helped China’s economy achieve high-quality development.Structure determines function.Because the service-oriented transformation of manufacturing enterprises has complex causality and individual differences,based on the theory of value co-creation and symbiosis,this paper constructs an overall analysis framework of the impact of business ecosystem structure on the path of service-oriented value co-creation of manufacturing enterprises,and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparison method to conduct configuration analysis of 70 listed manufacturing enterprises in China,Study the complex relationship of multiple concurrent causes and effects of high service value co-creation of manufacturing enterprises.The research finds that:(1)single condition of ecological unit,ecological matrix,ecological platform,ecological network and ecological environment does not constitute a necessary condition for high service value co-creation,but strengthening the construction of ecological unit and ecological network of commercial ecosystem plays a more universal role;(2)The result of fsQCA shows that the two configurations can produce high service-oriented value co-creation,including single driven and dual driven configurations.Different configurations represent multiple ways for different types of manufacturing enterprises to achieve high service-oriented value co-creation;(3)The three configurations lead to non high service value co-creation,and have an asymmetric relationship with the configurations that generate high service value co-creation.(4)Through the analysis of substitution and complementarity,it is found that the structural elements of the commercial ecosystem are irreplaceable,and there is a complementary relationship between the ecological unit and the ecological network,and between the ecological network and the ecological environment.The research conclusions of this paper will help enrich the theoretical research on the impact of business ecosystem structure on the co-creation of manufacturing enterprises’ service-oriented value,and have some practical enlightenment on the exploration of the ecological path of manufacturing enterprises’ service-oriented transformation and upgrading. |
