| Under the new normal of slow economic growth in China,the traditional industrialization development mode of "high input,high consumption,high pollution and low benefit" is no longer desirable.It is imperative to enhance innovation capabilities and realize innovation-driven development.The improvement of national innovation capabilities depends on the coordinated improvement of regional innovation capabilities.The important strategic content of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area includes the construction of an international science and technology innovation center and the joint development of international markets.The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as a new innovative "Gathering Land" is a new requirement put forward by the state for regional innovation capabilities.At the same time,the development level and concentration of different industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area provide sufficient basic conditions for the promotion of regional innovation capabilities.The agglomeration and development of industry has long been proven to promote technological progress and technological innovation.The "two-wheel drive" of manufacturing and producer services as the first choice for industrial transformation and upgrading in developed economies has also injected new vitality into innovation.Therefore,this thesis chooses to explore the impact of industrial agglomeration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area on regional innovation capabilities.This thesis uses panel data from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from 2009 to 2018.Based on combing the impact of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation and related research literature of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,first of all,by means of location entropy measurement and innovation output,R & D investment and other data analyzed the development status of industrial agglomeration and regional innovation capabilities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in detail;again,based on the previous theory,summarized and summarized the impact mechanism of industrial agglomeration on regional innovation capabilities;and finally,empirically analyzed the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area The influence of manufacturing agglomeration,productive service industry and sub-industry agglomeration and the inter-industry correlation on regional innovation capabilities,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.It is found through research that the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is in the stage of industrial transformation,with different industrial stages between cities and a large development gap.Regional innovation capabilities are growing rapidly,innovation output is large but quality needs to be improved,and R & D investment is increasing year by year.Further empirical analysis of panel data found that the manufacturing industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area had excessive agglomeration,resulting in an imbalance in the supply-demand ratio of innovative production factors,which showed a negative correlation with regional innovation capacity;the agglomeration of productive service industries was still affecting regional innovation Ability has a positive impact;the industrial linkages of the two,especially financial services,transportation services,and technology services to the manufacturing industry can effectively promote the development of regional innovation capabilities;increasing the level of economic development and increasing R & D personnel input can further strengthen the industry The effect of agglomeration on regional innovation capability,but the correlation between R & D capital investment and regional innovation capability is not significant. |
