| The industrial park is a comprehensive area that provides office,research and development and production services for all kinds of enterprises.It is usually built by the government or private investors and aims to promote economic growth and job creation.With the development of economy,the major industrial parks face many problems and difficulties in the process of operation and service.In view of the many problems in the operation and service of the park,how to correctly understand the internal service process of the industrial park and evaluate the service quality of the park based on the actual operation mode of the park is an important way to effectively improve the service quality of the park.This thesis takes ZO Manufacturing International Enterprise Port as an example,takes the questionnaire survey method and hierarchical analysis method as the research method,the park operation management theory and service quality evaluation theory as the core theory,based on the operation service content of ZO Manufacturing International Enterprise Port,the operation service quality evaluation of the industrial park and the improvement countermeasures.The main work is described as follows:First,through the form of questionnaire survey,the enterprise port service system is subdivided,and it is found that the first-level indicators affecting the service quality of the enterprise port include four dimensions: internal carrier resource service,government affairs and information service,market and social resource service and enterprise growth demand service.And from these four dimensions of the introduction of property space services and a total of 16 secondary indicators;Second,based on the above proposed four first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators,the hierarchical analysis method is used to evaluate the secondary indicators and calculate the index weight;Thirdly,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problems found in the process of enterprise port operation and service found in the process of hierarchical analysis.In view of the service problem of internal carrier resources,the strategy of improving internal operation and providing guarantee service is proposed.Specifically,it includes two aspects: improving resource services of space facilities and building entrepreneurship and innovation platform;aiming at the quality problems of government affairs and information service,proposing the strategy of precise policy push and providing government affairs service.Including policy push and response and one-stop government service;for market and social resource service,propose the strategy of integrating market and social resources and providing value-added services.Specifically,it includes talents,industry-university-research innovation and other value-added professional services.To serve the growth needs of enterprises,it proposes to understand the growth needs of enterprises and provide differentiated services.It is expected that this thesis will provide some reference for the evaluation and improvement of service quality in enterprise ports on the basis of providing some supplementary suggestions for the relevant content research of service quality evaluation in industrial parks. |
