With the development of Xiamen Ports, the Logistics enterprises face great opportunity as well as competition. To get predominance, the substantial condition is how to retain the talents and make best use of them. The compensation structure is one of the most important parts of the corporation's human resource administration.This report discusses the compensation problems of CF Company and redesigns its compensation system. This report consists of 4 chapters.Chapter 1 reviews the theory of compensation and compensation management. Introduces the definition of compensation system, the function of compensation management, the principle of compensation design, typical compensation systems and the compensation design procedure.Chapter 2 introduces the current situation of CF company. Analyses the advantage and shortcoming of the current compensation system.Chapter 3, the author puts out the course of compensation systemRedesign , and discusses the job analysis, the job evaluation, the structure of the compensation and performance salary of the Compensation in detail. And summarizes the impact of legitimate compensation system of CF company.Chapter 4 Conclusions.
