Research On Influencing Factors Of Business Process Reengineering Under The Background Of Industrial Internet

The industrial Internet platform has been pushed to the national strategic level by going deep into all levels of enterprise operation and management with intelligence,data and interconnection.Under this circumstance,the demand of external customers shows a trend from pursuing cost-performance ratio to personalization.Under the new technical background,enterprise business processes have shown new characteristics,and a new round of restructuring is needed to realize the matching with the industrial Internet information technology system and create a customer value-centered business process.Analyzing the controllable factors to improve the business process re-engineering under the “3C” environment can better adapt to the enterprise's operating conditions,and then realize the optimization of IT and OT integration is the main research on the influencing factors of business process re-engineering.In this paper,the author mainly through literature review,expert interviews,based on the background of industrial Internet technology to build a business strategy,organizational structure,business processes,corporate culture,personnel factors,information technology,internal resources,external assistance eight dimensions of business process influencing factors model,and then on-line and offline two ways of business process restructuring implementation scenarios,the importance of influencing factors,influencing factors directly affect the relationship between the questionnaire survey.After sorting out,the author has received 301 valid questionnaires,using reliability and validity analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,factor analysis,path analysis,validation analysis and other methods through SPSS,AMOS and other software data analysis,finally reached a conclusion.The author draws the following conclusions by combining theory with demonstration:(1)Under the background of industrial Internet,the order of influencing factors importance on main business processes is personnel factor,enterprise strategy,business process,internal resources,enterprise culture,organizational structure,external assistance and information technology.(2)The hierarchical relationship of the influencing factors of these eight dimensions is that the basic factors are the business process reorganization with enterprise strategy,organizational structure,enterprise culture and personnel factors as the fourth layer,and the object of reorganization is the internal resources of the third layer.Under the guidance of the external assistance of the second layer,the matching of information technology and business process of the first layer is achieved.(3)The implementation of business process re-engineering is oriented to solve enterprise problems or maximize direct benefits.
