| With the deepening of economic globalization,the international competition for resources has become the competition for talents,which is a key factor for Chinese enterprises to improve their international management level and international competitiveness.In 2014,T company successfully completed overseas investment and merger,and its overseas business scale and market share increased significantly in a relatively short period of time.Meanwhile,with the deepening of the integration process after the merger,the insufficient support of international talents has become one of the most important obstacles to enterprise’s international development.In order to break through the talent bottleneck and strengthen the coordinated management and control of global business resources,it is urgent to combine the company’s international talent management practice and build an international talent cultivation model that meets the needs of the development of T company’s international business,so as to provide T company with a sustainable talent guarantee for realizing the strategic goal of international development.Based on the theoretical research and practical exploration of international talent training mode,this paper first discusses and studies the current situation,existing problems and possible reasons of T company’s international talent training,and puts forward the principles and objectives of the design of international talent training mode.On this basis,according to the competency theory,this paper establishes the evaluation system of T company’s international talent training and selection,and establishes the evaluation focus and method of selecting international talent.Then puts forward a three-year advanced training plan for internationalized talents,i.e.the basic stage,the strengthening stage and the practical stage of internationalized talents training.According to the "721" learning rule and the theory of learning organization,the "721" mode of internationalized talents training of T Company is constructed for each stage.Thus forming a unified understanding of "international talent cultivation" from top to bottom of the company,laying a good ideological foundation and guiding basis for the selection,cultivation,appointment and reserve of the company’s internationalized talents.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of T company’s international talent training program,this paper puts forward safeguard support from the aspects of culture,organization,system and capital.Based on the research of T company’s international talent training mode,this paper provides some reference for optimizing the local international talent training mode and improving the efficiency of the local enterprise’s international talent training. |
