In the process of enterprise development,human resource management plays an important role.State-owned enterprises' effective management of human resources can bring advantages in terms of talents to the organization of employees and the growth of enterprises,enable enterprises and employees to develop together.However,HRM has the characteristics of systematicness and complexity,and the HRM of state-owned enterprises has problems originating from various aspects.This hinders the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.Faced with the complex environment at home and abroad,how to solve the problem of human resources in state-owned enterprises is a pressing matter of the moment.TH State-owned Enterprises needs stable personnel structure for development.This thesis takes TH state-owned enterprise as the research object,analysis of employee turnover in TH state-owned enterprise.Firstly,it introduces the industry development background of TH state-owned enterprise.Combined with the actual situation of TH state-owned Enterprises,select employees of different ages,educational background and working seniority.Through the analysis of three cases of staff turnover,namely "Employee L have no choose to quit ","Young employee Y who give up iron rice bowl " and " Manager T who promotion hopeless",the current situation of staff turnover in TH state-owned enterprise is revealed.Then according to the theory of human resource management,it is the main reason that leads to staff turnover in TH state-owned enterprise.These reasons can be summarized as the imperfect human resource management mechanism,the lack of professional management,the lack of corporate culture construction,the enterprise's inability to meet the needs and expectations of employees,and the company's lack of correct training mechanism and career planning.This thesis adopts two methods,namely literature research method and case analysis method.Through the analysis of the above cases and propose build sound human resource management department,strengthen the construction of enterprise culture,Adopt diversified incentive mechanism and optimize human resources training and career planning accordingly,This study is not only helpful to solve the human resource management problems of TH State-owned Enterprises,but also can promote its analysis methods and reasonable suggestions to similar companies.
