Study On The Difficulty Of Microcredit For Poor Households In Qidong County

Micro credit plays an important role in the targeted poverty alleviation of the deep poverty areas and special poverty groups.Hunan provincial Party committee and provincial government attach great importance to the work of microfinance poverty alleviation,which has been regarded as an important measure to promote the targeted poverty alleviation at this stage.Although the current policy of microcredit poverty alleviation in our city is very good,the implementation of microcredit is still difficult for many reasons.The implementation of the microfinance poverty alleviation model plays an important role in promoting the financial poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization in China.Based on the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of microfinance poverty alleviation and the factors affecting it,this thesis makes an in-depth investigation of the current situation of microfinance poverty alleviation in Qidong County,and analyzes and sums up four problems existing in the microfinance poverty alleviation in Qidong County: weak policy publicity,imperfect microfinance policy,imperfect risk prevention and control system,and deviation in the direction of capital investment and so on.Furthermore,the main causes of the problem are: the government intervention is not appropriate,the propaganda is not strong,the rural financial service system is not perfect,the risk prevention mechanism is not perfect,and the development of industry is not broad.Furthermore,the thesis puts forward some policy suggestions,such as the implementation of policies,the strengthening of publicity,the improvement of rural financial service system,the prevention of micro credit risk and the broadening of industrial poverty alleviation.
