Impact Of Precision Poverty Alleviation Micro-credit On Income Of Poor Farmers In Guanghe County Of Gansu Province

The poverty caused by regional inferiority is one of the basic provincial conditions in Gansu Province.The poverty is wide,the degree of poverty is deep and the infrastructure is backward,which is the main obstacle that restricts Gansu province to get rid of poverty completely.After the concept of precision poverty alleviation was put forward,Gansu Province based on the basic situation of this province put forward precision poverty alleviation micro-credit,as an important financial support in the critical stage of poverty alleviation,which is another practice of "bank and government cooperation" model in Gansu Province.By studying the implementation of precision poverty alleviation micro-credit in ethnic minority areas of Gansu Province,we can not only verify the policy effect of precision poverty alleviation micro-credit,but also analyze the existing problems in its development,so as to solve regional poverty in ethnic minority areas.For reference,it also provides a feasible way for financial institutions to realize the sustainable development of micro-finance.Based on the existing literature and theory,this paper uses normative analysis method,empirical analysis method,questionnaire method,field interview method,to construct a bi-variate Probit model,and to introduce game analysis,taking Guanghe County,Gansu Province as an example.This paper analyzes the impact of precision poverty alleviation micro-finance on the income of poor farmers in minority areas.First of all,through the analysis of the problems existing in traditional micro-finance and the concept of precise poverty alleviation,the background of the emergence of accurate poverty alleviation micro-credit in Gansu Province was explained.Based on this,the operational mechanism of precision micro-finance for poverty alleviation was analyzed,and the existing problems were analyzed through the game.Secondly,it analyzes the economic development status of Quanghe County and the concrete practice of Precision Poverty Alleviation Micro-credit.Third,the bivariate Probit model is used to analyze the impact of precision micro poverty relief on the income of impoverished households in Guanghe County;finally,in the above study Based on the above,we put forward specific recommendations to provide a reference for the early realization of poverty alleviation in ethnic areas.The research results show that:(1)Precision poverty alleviation micro-credit has a high coverage rate among poor households with building grade cards,and has a hightargeting in specific projects,which effectively solves the widespread problem of "targeting misguided" in traditional micro-credit.It reflects the amount and term of the loan,which is "the target of poverty alleviation" and "the target of the poverty alleviation" and "the investment of the fund is accurate".The lack of flexibility,the difficulty of recovery and the spillover effect are the main problems in the practice of precision poverty alleviation micro-credit.Every change of 1% of the loan amount will bring about 0.28% change of peasant household's income,and the micro-credit obtained by farmers from other financial institutions will also promote the increase of income,but the effect is not as good as precision poverty alleviation micro-credit.Skill training and migrant workers also have a significant impact on farmers' income,which is an important measure to promote precision poverty alleviation in Guanghe County.
