Research On Qidong County Government To Promote The Poverty Alleviation Of Daylily Industry

In November 2013,President Xi Jinping first proposed the “precision poverty alleviation” important idea when he was inspected in Xiangxi,Hunan Province.At the same time,he proposed that developing the industry is the most effective way to get rid of poverty.President Xi also pointed out many times that it is very important to promote poverty alleviation in the industry,and that the industry must adapt to local conditions and make innovations.Qidong County,Hunan Province,is a typical agricultural county and population county.It is the only provincial-level poverty county in Hengyang City.As the“base camp” for national daylily,the daylily industry should be able to play a more important role in industrial poverty alleviation in Qidong County.In the context of national,provincial,and municipal governments' emphasis on industrial poverty alleviation,this paper adopts research methods such as literature review,in-depth interviews,and questionnaires to conduct an in-depth and systematic study on the promotion of poverty alleviation in the Daylily industry by the Qidong County government.The content of this article is divided into four parts in addition to the conclusion:The first part is the introduction.It introduces the background and significance of the promotion of poverty alleviation research in the Daylily industry by the Qidong county government.It also describes the relevant research status and literature review,the concept definition and related theoretical basis involved,and lists the research methods used in this paper.Point out the focus,difficulties and innovations of this article.The second part is an analysis and assessment of the economic benefits,ecological benefits,social benefits,and development prospects of the Daylily industry to promote poverty in Qidong County.It is concluded that the Qidong County government has strong feasibility to promote the daylily industry's poverty alleviation.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of Qidong County government topromote the daylily industry's poverty alleviation.The first is to introduce the main approach.Secondly,is an overview of the results research process in this paper and prospected the development of Qidong county government.
