Project Schedule Optimization Of Wireless Private Network L Network Construction Project In ZH Refining And Chemical Industry

Under the background of the rapid popularization of modern enterprise management,the importance of project management has gradually been found by enterprises and applied in project construction.Scope,time and cost management are the core parts of project management.In time management,first of all,according to the workload set reasonable workflow,on this basis,combined with the real situation of the project,the workflow is constantly optimized to ensure that the project in the specified time,to achieve the overall construction acceptance goal.This paper takes ZH refinery wireless private network construction project as an example.Firstly,it establishes the theoretical basis of case analysis,i.e.project schedule management theory,and analyses the related workflow and concepts in the case.Next,with the help of relevant literature,a series of operations are carried out under the reasonable theoretical support,including the decomposition and sorting of work packages,the time estimation of work packages and the standard deviation of work package times are calculated by using Beta distribution.Then,we use the critical path method to make a preliminary case schedule,get the variance of the work package on the critical path,calculate the probability of completion of the project at each time point,and find that it can not meet the needs of the project.Combining with the actual situation and existing resources,this paper first optimizes the sequence of work packages without increasing the cost.Then the case of less difficult work packages,make the corresponding time optimization of work packages,found that it is still unable to meet the needs of the project.Finally,the difficulties of the case,namely,the control account(4)project construction and control account(5)project optimization,make requests for external resources and apply for additional personnel to meet the project schedule requirements.In the process of optimization,the critical path is moving and the direction of optimization is deepening.Finally,two critical paths are found,and through analyzing the standard deviation of work packages on the two critical paths,it is confirmed that both paths are critical paths,which need to be paid attention to in project implementation.
