| On February 24,2008,Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area was established with the approval of the State Council.It is the fifth and the only bonded port area in Zhejiang Province.From 2008’s fiscal revenue to 45 million yuan,to 2017,the fiscal revenue exceeded 10 billion yuan.Over the past 10 years,the revenue of Meishan bonded port area has doubled 222 times.Under such a background,Ningbo gold Clothing Technology Co.,Ltd.was established.Through PEST,this paper analyzes the political,environmental,social and technological factors in the macro environment of Meishan Bonded Port Area,and uses SWOT to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the micro environment of Meishan Bonded Port Area.Finally,by using the comparative method,the paper compares the differences between domestic and foreign financial towns and Meishan Bonded Port Area in terms of location,policy system,ecological environment,talent reserve and economic strength.This enables the company to clearly understand the problems and opportunities that arise in the current situation,and positioning the company strategy as a "booster for the development of the financial industry in Meishan Bonded Port Area".Formed the company’s five strategic objectives: service building objectives,platform building objectives,team building objectives,brand building objectives.To implement the strategic objectives through five aspects: product strategy,customer strategy,industrial strategy,human resources strategy,research and development strategy,and to formulate specific implementation measures of the development strategy of the quota company,which are respectively to improve the internal governance of the company,build a scientific staff training system,introduce service quality evaluation system,and promote the company’s letter The construction of interest and the importance of corporate culture ensure the effective implementation of the company’s development strategy. |
