Study On The Supply Of Public Goods In The Contiguous Destitute Area In Southwest China From The Perspective Of The Poverty-alleviating Theories In Marxism

With the poverty-alleviating work proceeding into the final stage,the living conditions of the impoverished population have been greatly improved due to the efforts of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the government agencies at all levels.However,there still exists the problem of unbalanced poverty-alleviating among different regions,and the main problems are concentrated in the western region.One typical case is the contiguous destitute area located in the southwestern part of the country,where the economic development has been lagging behind due to long-term constraints of the natural geographic environment and previous policies,leading to severe poverties and posing a tremendous challenge to the alleviation work.The inflexible supply mechanism of public goods in the southwestern region is mainly manifested in the single main body of supply,the imperfect supply mechanism and the imperfect supervision and incentive mechanism.It is of great significance to solve the problem of poverty in the poverty-stricken areas.The practice of the Marxist theory of poverty management with chinese characteristics;the important guarantee for the struggle against poverty;the effective measures for precise poverty alleviation in the poverty-stricken areas of Southwest China;and the main grasps for improving and improving the lives of the local people.Through the supply of public goods,we can enhance the ability to fight poverty and endogenous power,improve infrastructure,and provide material and ideological basis for winning the battle against poverty.This paper insists on the guidance of the poverty-alleviating theories in Marxism,and studies the problem of poverty-alleviating in the contiguous destitute area located in southwest China from the perspective the supply of public goods.This paper establishes an analytical framework of the poverty-alleviating theories in Marxism,and guided by the poverty-eliminating thoughts in the new era proposed by president Xi Jinping.Pinpointing the demands for public goods in rural areas.Insisting on the guarantee mechanism of public goods supply under the leadership of the Party.It stresses the contribution of factors,such as the strategy of rural vitalization and development,constructing the government-led coordinated innovation mechanism of public goods with the participation of a wide range of social resources.
