With the development of staff turnover tendency in large numbers, is one important partof research for new staffs.At the same time, The post-80s generation staff has become themain population of the grass-roots staff and management, staff leaving tendency to frequentjob-hopping and other problems have seriously affected the stability of the organization andmorale of the staff. In addition, leaving the phenomenon can also bring a lot of operating costs.Staff with mental health for the organization a sustainable competitive advantage. TurnoverIntention is the prediction of turnover behavior, so we can study the factors affecting theturnover intention, and look for key factors, and thus manage and retain staff to propose asolution.This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the staff,followed by an extensiveliterature related to Theory. Job-burnout and turnover intention significantly impact theorganization by examining the situation of Job burnout can predict staff turnover intention,and thus avoid the turnover behavior. At the same time, with the deepening of research onEmotional Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence is an important factor in individual success inorganizational context, the level of emotional intelligence can affect a person’s physical andmental health.Many organizations are beginning to staff recruitment and selection process toconsider the emotional intelligence factors.Emotional Intelligence、 job-burnout and turnover intention based on the theory putforward a theoretical model, the post-80s generation staff emotional intelligence play aregulatory role in the relationship between job burnout and turnover intention. Followed bythe mature scale production of the questionn, questionn for launch and recovery. Organize therecovery of data using statistical software for data analysis, hypothesis. Finally concluded,and theory with practice, to reduce the post-80s generation staff Turnover intentionsuggestions and countermeasures.
