Since 1975,Laos since the reform and opening,Laos banking industry has been rapid development.Commercial bank has formed the increasingly perfect market system,business activities are also growing.After the wto accession Laos in the increasingly competitive financial markets.In Laos banking increasingly fierce market competition,how to make a bank on edge?In the final analysis,talent is the core elements.As is known to all,the commercial bank staff workload is big,fine division of labor,a high degree of repeatability,job requires meticulous patience,long-term high strength work put great pressure on them,easy to produce the feeling of exhaustion of body and mind.How to make employees in tension,depression,keeping for a long time hard work environment,how to make it in high-pressure work environment of continuous and effective service to the organization and does not produce the idea of leaving,or,at the time of their turnover intention and timely intervention,retain talent,these problems are worth thinking and research.Because,only retain talent for the development of the commercial Banks to win core competitiveness.Based on Lao commercial bank employees as the research object,after combing the related literature at home and abroad,put forward the corresponding assumptions,set up between emotional intelligence and job burnout and turnover intention model,and according to each variable set corresponding dimensions.This paper deals with the reliability test and validity test to ensure the reliability and validity,and research on emotional intelligence of employees,job burnout and turnover intention all dimensions of the relationship between,again according to the correlation between the content of regression,in addition to this,this paper also research on job burnout in mediating role between emotional intelligence and turnover intention.Empirical study found that Lao self emotional evaluation of commercial bank employees' emotional intelligence,self motivation,emotional control were significantly negative correlation with job burnout all dimensions.Lao commercial bank employees' emotional intelligence and turnover intention is slightly.Lao commercial bank employees' job burnout all dimensions and turnover intention is slightly.Commercial bank employees' job burnout in Laos has partial mediating role between emotional intelligence and turnover intention.Finally,corresponding Suggestions are put forward in this paper,according to the conclusion:1.As Lao commercial bank employees to employers,commercial bank management shall raise the emotion management consciousness of self to guide the healthy development of employees' emotional intelligence,including pay close attention to the staff at work and in life presented by emotional intelligence and guide the staff to improve emotional intelligence;2.The employees effective intervention to reduce the turnover intention,including the reasonable arrangement of the employee's work and rest time and task,develop a relaxed and pleasant working environment,etc.;3.Reduce the tendency to Laos departure of commercial Banks,including improving employees' working environment,improve the staff salary structure,improve the bank's performance evaluation system,etc.Through emotional intelligence and job burnout and turnover intention among effective interaction and influence,in order to improve Laos development level and the competitiveness of Laos commercial Banks.
