Research On Intellectual Property Value Assessment Of Small And Medium-sized Science And Technology Enterprises

With the intensification of industry competition,commercial banks need to expand their business scope in order to better promote their own development.Intellectual property pledge loan for small and medium-sized technology enterprises is an important channel for commercial banks to expand their business.At present,the state vigorously supports the development of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises,encourages them to innovate constantly,and promulgates corresponding policy support to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.Therefore,the pledge loan of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises is an important source of business development of commercial banks and has broad prospects for development.Intellectual property rights are the main assets owned by small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises,so commercial banks need to study their intellectual property rights and their value evaluation in order to expand the mortgage loan business of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.Because it is difficult for commercial banks to evaluate the value of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized technology enterprises,it is of great practical and theoretical significance to study the value evaluation of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized technology enterprises from the perspective of commercial banks to effectively promote the better development of intellectual property pledge loan business of commercial banks.Based on the perspective of commercial banks and for the purpose of evaluating the value of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized technology enterprises,this paper firstly combs the previous research literature,extensive and in-depth practice and case analysis,and classifies and summarizes the measurementindicators of intellectual property rights value evaluation,namely,the first and second indicators under the five dimensions of technology,law,market,strategy and economy.On this basis,a measurable index system of intellectual property value evaluation is constructed,and a value evaluation model corresponding to the index system is established.The model includes two parts: the value model and the entropy weight method.Firstly,the weight of each index is obtained by using the entropy weight method,and then the value evaluation value is obtained by introducing it into the value model.This paper evaluates the value of intellectual property rights of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises by using the application data of intellectual property pledge loan in CD commercial banks and the established model.Through the case analysis of intellectual property value evaluation of small and medium-sized technology enterprises that CD commercial banks have received,this paper provides basis and reference for intellectual property value evaluation and pledge loan business authorization of small and medium-sized technology enterprises that CD commercial banks intend to loan.
