Y Company is a prefecture-level city company with the largest operator in China,and its comprehensive strength is at the leading level in the local industry.The author is the person in charge of the company's ICT project management office,and needs frequent contact and use of project management knowledge in daily work.In recent years,the company has continuously introduced the concept of project management in the process of enterprise transformation from the group to the provincial company to the local market.The organizational level requires the transformation to the project,and the individual level also emphasizes the importance of having a professional certificate for project management such as PMP.Sexuality,the importance attached to project management has reached an unprecedented level.Therefore,the analysis of Y company's project management maturity has an urgent practical significance for its project transformation.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Y company in project management.Based on the content of project management maturity theory,it is considered that the OPM3 project management maturity model can be applied to measure the project management level of Y company.Accelerate the process of project transformation.According to the project management maturity assessment mechanism in other fields to analyze the relevant situation of Y company,firstly,the ten knowledge areas and organization operation potential of Y company's current project management are taken as the first-level indicators,and then the second-level indicators are subdivided according to the first-level indicators.In the end,the analytic hierarchy process,value analysis method and wooden barrel theory are used to determine the specific rating criteria such as the score and weight of each indicator,and the project management maturity evaluation mechanism belonging to Y company is created,and the project management of Y company is mature.Detailed analysis.In this paper,the author used the questionnaire survey method and value analysis method to evaluate the project management level and project management maturity of Y company,and proposed improvement and improvement measures.Finally,this paper also analyzes the future development direction of Y company project management.In the research and analysis of this subject,the author used the questionnaire survey method to analyze the current situation and existing problems of Y company in project management,and used the price analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the project management status of Y company,and the final score was 55.81 points;The barrel theory comprehensively evaluates the project management status of Y company,and the final score is 31.50 points.Judging from the results of these two comprehensive assessments,the current project management maturity of Y Company is at the third level,which indicates that there is an urgent need to improve the project management and improve the project management level.In addition,this paper also proposes Y company's recommendations for improvement in resource allocation,personnel performance and innovation capabilities.
