| China's economic development has entered a new normal stage of slowing down,structural optimization and power conversion.Current development focus on stable growth,structural adjustment and high quality.A new round of technological innovation and industrial upgrading is poised for development,and the phenomenon of multiple breakthroughs in disciplines and cross-integration of industries has become increasingly apparent.The strong correlation effect and spillover effect of knowledge,service,information and technology elements promote industrial convergence.It also spawned a number of new convergent industries,new formats and new business models.The strong correlation effect and spillover effect fundamentally change production and lifestyle.The deepening of the convergence blurs the boundaries of the three industries,gives new features to industrial structure upgrading.This paper explores the direction,evolution and driving factors of industrial structure upgrading under the background of industrial convergence deepening,which is of great significance for enriching industrial structure theory and guiding China's industrial structure upgrading.Based on the industrial structure,industrial convergence theory and related research,the paper summarizes the direction and new characteristics of industrial structure upgrading under the background of convergence: industrial structure intellectualization,industrial structure servicization,industrial structure intelligentization and industrial structure high technicalization(ISIH).The four characteristics are related to each other and have different emphasis.Each feature contains two aspects,including the improvement of the technical economy correlation between industries,that is,the deepening of the industrial convergence degree and the increase of quantity ratio of high industrial convergence degree industries,that is,the optimization of the quantitative relationship between industries.Secondly,using the input-output analysis method,based on the World Input-Output Database(WIOD)data,using complete consumption coefficient method to measure industrial convergence depth between each industry and knowledge industry,service industry,information industry,high-tech industry,so as to characterize inter-industry technical economy correlation.Using SPSS software to cluster convergence degrees of each industry,calculate the ratio of high-convergence and low-convergence industrial output value to total output values,and make scatter plots to find the rule of industrial structure upgrading: technical economy correlation upgrade and the high-convergence industries' output ratio increase.Finally,this paper establishes an interaction relationship model between industrial structure servicization,intelligentization,servicization,high technicalization revealing the motivation of this ISIH synergies to drive industrial structure upgrade,and using Granger causality test and panel data models to conduct an empirical test.Based on the research conclusions,the paper put forward policies to effectively promote China's industrial structure upgrading.The main progress of this paper is to reveal and discover the direction,rule and driving factors of industrial structure upgrading under the background of industrial convergence.(1)The direction and new features of industrial structure upgrading under the background of industrial convergence are industrial structure intellectualization,industrial structure servicization,industrial structure intelligentization and industrial structure high technicalization;(2)The rule of industrial structure upgrading based on convergence is the deepening of technical economy correlation between industries,and the increase in the proportion of high-convergence industrial output values,and the two show a trend of coordinated development;(3)The mutual promotion and coordinated development of ISIH about industrial structure servicization,intelligentization,servicization,high technicalization are the main factors driving the upgrading of industrial structure. |
